BLACKPINK member Jeannie is rumored to be the first Asian superhero in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

After The Idol aired on HBO, it was rumored that Jeanne, a member of Korean K-pop girl group BLACKPINK, would become the first Asian superhero in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Dispatch reports that Jeannie will be part of the first Asian superhero team, dubbed Agents of Atlas.

He will play Solhee, better known as Luna Snow, who is also a K-pop singer and a superhero who can use the powers of ice to save people around the world in Pacific Rim.

Jeannie is also said to be the best fit for the role of Lina, who is from Korea and can speak both Korean and English. For the 2020 Marvel Super War video game, the character Luna is voiced by singer-actor of K-pop group f(x).

Rumors of Jeanne casting for the character have been circulating since January, but fans say the rumors started circulating in 2022, according to Dispatch.

Age of Ultron) and Benedict Wong (Doctor Strange), have followed Jeannie on Instagram.

Actor Shang-Chi Simulu also visited BLACKPINK’s Born Pink World Tour in Los Angeles last November with his girlfriend Alison Su.
